My stay at Park Hyatt Zurich was nearly perfect. The location is fantastic, being close to Bahnhofstrasse and Zurich's lake, which made exploring the city effortless. The room was spacious and luxuriously decorated, although I noticed some dated furniture. The staff were really good, particularly the breakfast team and the concierge. They made my experience nice, but I was disappointed that, as a Hyatt Globalist, I wasn't offered an upgrade even though there was availability during my check-in.
